On April 25th, 2015, expedition leader, Mingma G, was situated at Everest Base Camp leading 23 climbers, 25 Sherpas, and 10 supporting staff when a 7.8 magnitude earthquake hit Nepal, causing an avalanche of astronomical proportions.
