This is dashcam footage released by the Oklahoma Highway Patrol. Trooper Brack Miller who was engaged in a high speed pursuit against 32-year-old Charles Carswell, the alleged suspect, remained cool as a cucumber while Charles Carswell shot and hit his patrol car multiple times!
