On 9th of December, 2020, Starship serial number 8 completed a high-altitude flight test as it ascended, transitioned fuel and displayed a first-of-it’s-kind controlled aerodynamic descent and landing flip maneuver which will allow it to land on places were runways don’t exist, like the surface of the Moon, Mars and more!
