Tice Ledbetter was piloting a drone by the pier on Pacific Beach in San Diego which seemed to upset the fishermen who were trying to enjoy the peace and quiet. One fisherman actually caught the drone with a perfect cast. Now, a debate has erupted over who the jerk is, the fisherman or the drone pilot?
