There have been an increase in shark attacks in North Carolina this year. So far, seven people have been attacked up and down the coast of the Tar Heel state, and all of the attacks have happened since June 11. Anna Korman filmed as a fisherman hooked and eventually released the shark off Kill Devil Hills.
