A resident captured on video the storm that ripped through Portland on Monday. a tornado touched down in downtown Portland, Mich., causing significant damage to several buildings. Thankfully no one was seriously injured, but video of the twister taking out a rather large tree at one of the town’s main intersections was released on Wednesday.
