For those folks who don’t know, Surströmming is very lightly-salted Baltic sea herring that has been essentially left to rot in a tin can. This is a Swedish delicacy. As you can imagine the smell of rotten fish, it’s quite the “delicacy”. Hamish & Andy try some!
