Police in Hollywood, Florida, are searching for a man in his 20s or early 30s who was caught on video pleasuring himself while spying through a window on an 18-year-old girl and her sister. Police are trying to determine whether the same person is also responsible for masturbating outside girls’ windows in Miami Gardens, Florida.
