John Tarson filmed the lava flow from the Kilauea Volcano in Hawaii as it traveled downhill on July 5. This video features drone footage and close-up shots of the lava. According to a report quoting the USGS Hawaiian Volcano Observatory, the flows did not pose any threat to nearby communities.
