Florida police in the Pasco area had their hands full when they arrested a man after he stole a vehicle and then crashed it into a ditch. They didn’t expect to find a Capachun monkey would be clinging to their perp. FWC took possession of the monkey and transported it to the Suncoast Primate Sanctuary as the man did not have a permit for the animal.
