Michael Phelps is arguably the greatest Olympic athlete in the history of the games. In addition to capturing his 25th Olympic medal, Phelps matched a 2,168 year-old record for individual gold medals won. He then broke that record on Thursday night after winning gold in the 200M individual medley.
